I would like to thank you for the service which was provided to my family by Mike Lazorchak. I will tell you, I am the world's worst customer. I buy over the phone which most people feel is insane, but I have no time for shopping. I called Mike after trying to get two other dealerships to get my mother-in-law into a new vehicle lease. Mike sent over exactly the vehicle we were looking for, a red Buick LaCrosse. Mike was persistent, yet easy to work with and I will admit that it's not easy to work with a customer like me.
