Tremendous experience with Garber!!! We were very specific on the Enclave we were looking for (color, trim package, FWD, DVD, sunroof, navigation, trailering, etc.) and our local dealership in Kansas was not able to come to terms with dealerships within 200 miles to secure the vehicle.
Garber had the exact Enclave in stock and made the out-of-state purchase a breeze. I flew into the Detroit airport and was greeted by a Garber driver and took me to the dealership in Saginaw (over a 2 hour drive). My wife and I (who was attending a wedding in Michigan), drove our Enclave back to Kansas City the next day.

This is my second Buick from Garber. The salesperson was so helpful with all the new items on my car like syncing the phone. She also told me not to hesitate to call if I needed help with anything else I didn't understand. I won't hesitate to come back or or recommend them to my family and friends.
The reason I went to Garber Buick was because they had the low mileage Honda Element I was looking for. When I first called to inquire about the availability of the vehicle, all the sales people were in a meeting, but the person answering the phone was able to answer my question. Mark called me back and we scheduled a time for the test drive. I enjoyed working with Mark and also the business representative. Mark is a low pressure salesman, and very personable. He provided the CARFAX report for the car. I was satisfied with the final agreed upon price. After the sale, when I asked for a copy of what Garber had done to fix the car to get it ready for sale, Mark provided the information very quickly in an e-mail. I was also happy with the fix-up that Garber had done to get the vehicle ready for sale. My friends have remarked that it looks like a new car - not a 9 year old car!
My car was hit in the parking lot at work. Garber is a preferred collision repair shop for my insurance. Garber got my car in right away and repaired right away. Looks like new.

I just wanted to say thank you to Steve for all of his work with my husband and I recently. He took the time to understand our specific needs as a unique family and found solutions that would work for us. We scheduled an appointment to meet with him and had given him an idea of our budget and the needs our family had. When we arrived, he had an excellent Buick pulled up that fit the criteria we had listed and it was a perfect fit. The cost was a bit high considering our other car payment and so he then helped us find a second vehicle so we could trade both of ours in and end up with two newer vehicles and lower payments. After owning several cadillacs thru the years, I have just purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. I am very pleased to say that is is substantively better than the 2013 Cadillac XT's and of course the price was much lower. My main reason was to compliment your sales person, Rodger Piering for his excellent service and concern. He even came to my home to set up the garage door opening system.
Stephanie was wonderful in answering our questions, we were not rushed or pushed into making any decisions. I recently purchased a 2014 Buick LaCrosse at Garber Buick what a great dealer. The whole process was outstanding I purchased my vehicle on a Monday, picked it up on Tuesday and my husband washed and waxed on Wednesday discovered that it had been painted before, had over spray and tape marks. He was not happy so he called the salesman, the salesman turned the call over the the sales manager. They stand behind their cars at Garber Buick, they immediately told us to come down the following day and they would switch it out for another. I had never expected that to happen, we arrived at 9:40 and within the hour we were on hour way home with a new vehicle identical to the original. I have never been one to like the car buying process. In the past it has always been long and exhausting and usually ending me walking away with some sort of regret. This was not the case with Garber Buick. I initially started my experience online and it was the easiest thing ever! I basically entered what I was looking for and what terms I was able to meet and I was done. By 8AM the next morning a representative called to confirm the test drive I had scheduled. I was shopping for a used xc90 for some time and talking with a few other dealership's.
Online I came across that your dealership just got a xc 90 2013 with low mileage.
I contacted Andrea right away and within minutes she responded to me.
We emailed a few times and she responded to all my questions right away.
She then sent me a personal video to watch of the car. I was very impressed with the car and the customer service.
I knew that we were interested in the car but thought this process was going to be so difficult being that we live in Grand Rapids.
Andrea made the process so easy for us. I could not believe that your dealership would drop off the car to us and then pick up our car as a trade in.
I thought for sure we would have to travel and that would have been really difficult for us because we have 2 small children at home.
Andrea's customer service was great. She always responded to my emails- and I asked a lot of questions!- right away. She would even respond to me after hours and on weekends. Like I said earlier we were talking with other dealership's and Andrea was so much more professional and responsive to our questions and concerns compared to the other dealerships.
She made this car purchase so easy for us when I thought it was going to be so difficult.

I dropped my car off in the morning for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and interior detailing. Joe showed me new mats for the front of my car that would extend the life of my carprting which I purchased. I was given a ride to work. I received a couple of calls during the day to verify color of my mats and to go ahead to replace some filters. Joe picked me up at 4:30 to get my car. It looked great and smelled like new! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I made the appointment online, and John followed up with a confirmation email and phone call. On the morning of the appointment he called me and was ready to greet me when I got to the dealership. He offered coffee or pop when I sat down. John actually listened to my requests for price and payments when looking at the cars available on the lot. We test drove the used car I purchased, and he pointed out the selling features on the car I didn't initially notice. He processed the loan and explained the other things that were available for purchase; the extended warranty, rustproofing package, etc. and figured out how they would affect my payment. He went over all of the paperwork and gave me a copy of everything. It took 3 hours from start to finish to purchase my used car, which I thought was amazing! That included: not knowing what kind of car I wanted, talking at his desk about payments and kinds of cars I liked, walking around the lot, test driving and filling the car up with gas, returning and filling out loan paperwork, and the final signatures.

The service advisor was terrific, explained what he thought were most likely the causes of the car trouble, and he was dead on. The car was in quickly, he kept me up to date on what was being done, and when it should be finished which allowed me the time to make whatever arrangements I needed to make for temporary transportation. For my convenience, the car, upon repair, was delivered to me at work, and it's running great. Very satisfied in all regards.

As I struggled with separating from my Mercedes, John and Ashley went out of their way to ensure that I would be a happy customer. I walked into Garber Buick thinking i was going to purchase a used Yukon XL from a lady named Kay and like a great team of workers I was Greeted outside on the lot by a man name Richard Thomas(JohnBoy) and he said lets go in and see what we can do. He never once tried to sale me something different and told me they work miracles and for someone who has had some credit problems in the pass was very surprised when this other man by the name of Chad came to tell me that he is trying very hard to get it to work but explain about carrying over negative amount from my trade in so he talked to us about getting a new start and out of the negative and for a 54 year old who has never been able to afford brand new vehicles, walk off that lot with a brand new 2013 Buick Enclave with 15 miles on it, got to pick color what I wanted on it and everything. This staff at Garber is fantastic and not just because I got a new car but they sat with me and talked normal things like vacations and what i like to do and went over everything about the car and said to come in anytime if i need to know how to work buttons on the car. In our effort to find a certified GM vehicle, we researched dealerships in the Saginaw area. Using the internet as our primary tool we narrowed down our selection to three dealers. After talking with the sales representatives of each organization, the decision was made to deal with Garber. This was based on the fact that we found the staff of Garber to be courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The Garber team made us feel welcome and treated us with respect. The manager was active and visible to customers giving the dealership a feeling of real teamwork and professionalism. A very proactive team responded to my online search for a new (used) vehicle. Due to my situation, active duty Navy and on deployment, I was unfortunately not able to be present during the car deal. However, once I was in contact with a rep and we got my wife involved, they were very courteous throughout the process. I am a local small business owner who has tried hard to do the right things in running our own business. I always felt Garber's treated me in that same fashion---honorably, with respect and an appreciation for how important any customer is to any business. Additionally, if there is a more community minded dealership/owner than Garber's or Dick Garber, I have yet to see the company or meet the person.

My first new Buick was a 1967 LaSabre and felt very comfortable working with the entire staff.
