Tony in the body shop is someone I trust and appreciate. His care is probably the best thing to offer your customers after an accident. He even put me in the same model loaner as the car I lost to ensure my greatest comfort. Heather is efficient in understanding my needs and meeting them so I make best use of my time. Plus, she's fun to work with! She stayed with me in the car until I understood all functionality. That saved me a good deal of frustration! Tom and Mike were knowledgeable and helpful. Libby rescued my garage door opener from my loaner car and stayed a few minutes after closing to meet me with it in the parking lot. Start to finish, this was a very positive experience. It was my second purchase at Garber Buick, and I'll make my next one there as well!

Adam ordered the needed part based on check-engine code verification. He scheduled an agreeable time for repair and my use of an Enterprise loaner car. He called me when the car was ready and I was able to return the loaner to Garber. He treated me in a courteously throughout the process. PS This is my best experience at Garber Buick in Saginaw.

So I haven’t had a new car since 2016 so I’m super excited about my new 2019 white Trax Sport! I could not of asked for a better car/deal, Anthony Stricker knew I was desperately in need of a new car,and I did not have a lot of money to work with so I was not sure what I was going to get, but he really hooked me up!
