Your staff is great. However, I’ve been waiting for over A YEAR for a sun visor to replace the passenger visor. It is a warranty item and GMC isn’t doing their job.

I purchased my last vehicle (Equinox) from Garber, I was a little skeptical, but they continued to treat me as if I purchased a brand new buick. Great service - Great people.

Every time I have brought either of our vehicles into Garber Buick for service, we have been very pleased. We own a 2017 LaCrosse and a 2019 Enclave. We bought extended warranties for both of them at the time of the original purchase (back in the Chicago suburbs), so I want to keep them serviced by an authorized Buick dealership. I usually work with Adam Whiteherse in the Service department, and did set up this appointment with him, but, since he was off the afternoon I came in, Michael Jarvis took care of me. Excellent, professional treatment from Michael as well. The work was done very quickly (this was a routine oil change and tire rotation), and all the people in your organization are so personable and professional at the same time! This makes for a very pleasant experience at your dealership.
