Best experience my wife and I have had with any dealer. Garber Buick salesman and staff treat you with respect . this is the 2nd vehicle I bought there my first one was totaled that was a 2011 Chevy Equinox my second one I just bought 4/19/2016 was a 2012 Buick Lacrosse and we want to thank Garber Buick in Saginaw when I need another vehicle I will be returning to you guys

Zero stars for the service department. I made an appointment for an estimate due to a warning light on my vehicle. Dropped it off at 7:30 am and got a ride home. At 11:30 I called the service writer for an update. It sounded like I was bothering him. He told me he had no update. At 1:30 I called back, again he sounded annoyed that I was actually calling. He then told me it'll probably be another two hours before we can even look at it. I asked him why was taking so long? He replied, I had 30 cars in front of you. I then asked him why would you schedule my car when you can't even get it in?  He said nothing. What a joke. So, back I went to pick it up. What a total waste of my time. I'll NEVER go back.

I recently purchased a used Chrysler Town & Country minivan from Garber Buick and their salesman Julio Rodrigues. I was using a voucher from the VA to make the purchase, and Julio and other staff members made the process very easy. They allowed me to "try on" several vehicles to see how they would facilitate entry and exit with my prosthetic leg. Then they made the price adjustments necessary to purchase the vehicle with no out-of-pocket cost to me. I could not recommend any dealer or salesman higher than Garber Buick and Julio Rodrigues!

Tom Auernhammer is an incredible salesman who does not in any way shape or form downplay female clients as I've found at other dealerships. He works incredibly hard to help those he comes in contact with to find the right payments and vehicles for them.

This was my first experience with Garber, but it will not be my last. Over the last 15 years, I've purchased several new and used vehicles from a couple of other dealerships. The process has always been just okay, but never great. Garber went out of their way to make the process easy. On a special note: my wife and I bought two vehicles from them in two days. Garber went the extra mile to make sure the vehicles were detailed and in perfect shape before we took them. I was very impressed with the overall experience. The only down side was that the paperwork took longer than expected, but to be fair, it was due to their effort to get the best financing available for us. I am very appreciative of their collective effort.

I just recently leased my first vehicle ever with Garber Buick. I have bought two cars previous through Garber Chevrolet and Garber Buick. My husband and I wanted to upgrade my Equinox to a bigger vehicle. I was set on Traverse. We worked with Joe Rau at Garber Buick. Joe initially tried selling me on a Buick Enclave. I thought the vehicle was very nice, but a little too luxurious for having two small children. A few weeks later, my husband was in contact with Joe and he sold him right away on the Enclave. After test driving the vehicle for the weekend, I was sold as well. Love the Enclave! Joe was able to work with us and get a great trade-in value on my Equinox and get a lease payment that was lower than my previous car payment. Joe was super helpful and courteous. Also, Sam in the service department is always friendly and helpful when I had to bring my Equinox in for maintenance. Love the Garber family!

When I walked into Garber Buick I was immediately greeted and offered a drink. That first immpression made me feel like my presence was appreciated. I felt highly important. I had already been to three different dealers earlier that day and Garber had the best experince. My information was taken quickly and I was given options to choose from that I wanted to choose from. The other dealers only gave me one option, take it or leave it. Mark was very nice and constantly over me a drink or snacks during my visit. I love the car I purchased and I was also offered a two year warranty. Mark was even successful at finding me a cheaper insurance rate. I wanted to do buisness with Garber after my experience with them. Customer service is very important to me and the customer service I recieved from Garber was excellent customer service.
