The dealership was very clean, the salesperson, Scott, was very attentive. He had the car I was interested in pulled up so we could look it over easily. He gave us a quick overview of the car before we did the test drive. Paperwork was ready and they agreed to deliver the car so we didn't have to make another 80 mile trip.

Got to appointed service time and was greeted with friendly service advisors. Mike Jarvis is my service advisor and he is very attentive to what services I need and informs me exactly of what is planned! He accommodates me with transportation home if needed and back when service is completed. I also have been completely satisfied with services performed to my Encore GX in keeping maintenance updated!

We are being told that burning 2 quarts of oil is within the GM standards which if this is true then that is no fault on the dealer. We are now doing an oil test. Manager said he would talk to GM about extending our warranty. We appreciate that. So yes 5 stars for the dealership. So 5 stars for GM remains to be seen. We have a 2019 Buick Enclave with 57,000 miles that burns at least 2 quarts of oil (oil isn’t registering on dip stick, oil light comes on) in 4000 miles. Dealership seems to be trying to help. We have always dealt with Garber and have trusted them in the past.
