Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and also told the rep about a noise I was hearing. They took care of the regular maintenance and then found out what was causing the noise. Kept getting updates about things from Morgan. Although the part needs to be ordered, everything else got done. I really liked working with Morgan. You can tell she likes her job and is eager to get things taken care of. I appreciated being treated like a valued customer. Thanks!
